Boondi Dahi Raita Recipe
Dahi boondi raita made with whisked curd and store-bought boondi, is a breeze to make. The easy Indian-spiced yogurt dip is my favourite veggie dip. The fresh, summery tasting boondi wala raita is delicious enough to savour as a snack or serve as side with Aloo Paratha or Veg Biryani.

- Plain Curd/yogurt – ¾ cup
- Black salt -1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1/8 tsp
- Chaat masala – 1/8 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder – 1/8 tsp
- Coriander leaves – 1 tsp
- Boondi – ½ cup
To make this popular raita recipe, firstly, take yogurt in a bowl and whisk it smooth.
Then, sprinkle black salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and chaat masala. Blend all the ingredients together.
Next, add chopped coriander leaves and boondi. Combine well.
Enjoy Spicy Boondi Raita, chilled or at room temperature, with any rice dish or paratha.
