- 4 cups coconut water
- 1/2 cup cucumber chopped
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 2 tbsp lime zest
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp sugar/honey optional
- Ice cubes
Take coconut water, cucumber, lime juice, sugar and mint leaves in a mixie jar.
Blend to a smooth mixture.
Pour into tall glasses filled with ice cubes.
