Ingredients

  • 4 cups coconut water
  • 1/2 cup cucumber chopped
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp lime zest
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp sugar/honey optional
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Take coconut water, cucumber, lime juice, sugar and mint leaves in a mixie jar.
  • Blend to a smooth mixture.
  • Pour into tall glasses filled with ice cubes.
  • Serve chilled Coconut Mint Refresher.
