To make this loaded veggie pizza, preheat the oven to 220C.
Then get all the toppings ready.
Cube the onions, bell peppers and tomatoes. Keep the olive oil, pizza sauce, grated cheese ad seasoning ready.
Place one pizza base on a baking tray and smear with ¾ tsp olive oil.
Then apply 1 tsp pizza sauce over it.
Sprinkle about a 1 ½ tbsp. of grated cheese all over.
Next add the toppings – onion, tomato, bell pepper, sweet corn, paprika and olives – all over the pizza.
Place the baking tray in the oven and bake at 220C for about 10-15 minutes until the bases are crisp and the cheese is bubbling.
You can add some more cheese towards the end of baking time.
Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle ½ tsp Italian seasoning and ½ tsp mixed herbs all over it. You can also drizzle a little olive oil on top.
