Strawberry jelly with milk is a refreshing dessert, so light and tasty. It’s really easy to make milk jelly and it sets a lot quicker than normal jelly.

Ingredients

  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 grams Instant China Grass Mix
  • ¼ cup almonds pistachios and walnuts, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup sprinkles

Instructions

  • To make strawberry milk jelly, firstly pour half a litre of milk into a vessel and bring it to a boil.
  • Empty the contents of China Grass Milk Jelly mix into the milk.
  • Stir well till dissolved.
  • Pour the milk jelly mixture into a container or mould.
  • It sets within minutes, with or without being refrigerated.
  • Meanwhile, finely chop pistachios, almonds and cashewnuts.
  • Once the milk jelly sets, place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Then remove from the fridge and invert it on a serving plate.
  • Decorate with chopped mixed nuts and colourful sprinkles.
