To make strawberry milk jelly, firstly pour half a litre of milk into a vessel and bring it to a boil.
Empty the contents of China Grass Milk Jelly mix into the milk.
Stir well till dissolved.
Pour the milk jelly mixture into a container or mould.
It sets within minutes, with or without being refrigerated.
Meanwhile, finely chop pistachios, almonds and cashewnuts.
Once the milk jelly sets, place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Then remove from the fridge and invert it on a serving plate.
Decorate with chopped mixed nuts and colourful sprinkles.
