- For this Chikoo Milkshake Recipe, firstly peel the chikoos and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into small pieces.
- Transfer the de-seeded chikoo into the blender.
- Puree the chikoo. Take out 3 tbsp of the puree and keep aside.

- 1 ½ cups ripe chikoos peeled, de-seeded, chopped
- 1 ½ cups milk chilled
- 3 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp cardamom powder

- In a blender, add the chopped chikoos and puree to a smooth mixture.
- Remove about 3 tbsp of the mixture.
- Add chilled milk, sugar, and cardamom powder to the sapota puree in the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Adjust the consistency: If the milkshake is too thick, you can add more milk to achieve the desired consistency. Blend again.
- To serve, spoon a tablespoon of Chikoo puree into each glass.
