  • To make Mango Kulfi, firstly wash and peel the mango.

  • Chop the mango into cubes.

  • Puree the mango pieces in a blender until smooth.

  • Now add the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk to the mango puree. Blend well.

  • Add the salt and cardamom powder to the mango-milk mixture.

  • Blend all Kulfi ingredients.

  • The kulfi mixture is now ready.

  • Pour the mixture into molds or small paper cups.

  • Cover the molds with aluminum foil.

  • Chill the kulfi for 20 minutes; then remove and insert a wooden stick in the center of each mold.

  • Place the molds in the freezer for at least 6 hours or until the kulfi is completely set.

  • Once set, remove the kulfi molds from the freezer.

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 7 oz. half can condensed milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp. pistachios slivers
  • A few rose petals
