Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 7 oz. condensed milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp. pistachios slivers
  • A few rose petals

Instructions

  • For Mango Malai Kulfi Recipe, firstly peel and chop the mango. Blend the mango pieces in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Pour the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk into the blender. Process along with mango puree until well blended.
  • Add salt and cardamom powder to the mango milk mixture. Blend all the ingredients well.
  • Pour the mixture into molds or small cups.
  • Cover the molds with aluminum foil and chill for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, take out the kulfi molds and insert popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 6-8 hours or until completely set.
  • To serve, dip the molds in warm water for a few seconds to loosen the kulfi.
  • Gently remove from the mold and serve immediately.
