For Mango Malai Kulfi Recipe, firstly peel and chop the mango. Blend the mango pieces in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Pour the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk into the blender. Process along with mango puree until well blended.
Add salt and cardamom powder to the mango milk mixture. Blend all the ingredients well.
Pour the mixture into molds or small cups.
Cover the molds with aluminum foil and chill for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, take out the kulfi molds and insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze for at least 6-8 hours or until completely set.
To serve, dip the molds in warm water for a few seconds to loosen the kulfi.
Gently remove from the mold and serve immediately.
