📖 What is Thai Raw Mango Salad?

A Thai Raw Mango Salad (known as Som Tum Mamuang in Thailand) is a fresh, zesty side dish made with unripe green mangoes. Unlike the rice-heavy Thai mains, this salad is light, gluten-free, and brimming with fresh ingredients. It’s traditionally dressed with lime juice, soy or fish sauce, sugar, and chilies. Here, we elevate it with a rich, creamy peanut butter-sesame dressing for that extra layer of depth.
