Grape And Apple Salad With Citrus Dressing
Ingredients
- ½ cup green grapes chopped
- ½ cup black grapes chopped
- 1 cup apples chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp honey
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp basil chopped
Instructions
- Wash the green and black grapes and remove the stems. Cut the grapes in half.
- Next wash, core and cut the apples into bite sized pieces.
- Take the chopped apples and grapes in a medium size bowl.
- Drizzle lemon juice, olive oil and honey. Combine until well coated.
- Add salt, pepper and lemon zest. Toss everything well. Adjust the seasoning (If you’ve got a sweet tooth, feel free to add more honey).
- Garnish with chopped basil leaves.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
