- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 12 slices sandwich bread
- 4 tbsp butter
Whisk eggs in a flat-bottomed dish. Stir in milk, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and sugar and mix well.
Melt a little butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Place a slice of bread in the milk egg mixture and let it soak for 1-2 seconds. Then gently turn it over so that the other side too is coated with the mixture.
Place the bread slices on the hot skillet. Fry the slices until nicely browned on one side. Then flip it over and allow to brown on the other side.
Serve warm French Toast with maple syrup.
