Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup chilled water or soda water
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp basil seeds sabja

Instructions

  • Soak basil seeds in water for 10 minutes until fully expanded.
  • In a blender, combine mint leaves, lime juice, sugar, salt, ice cubes, and water. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the blended mixture using a fine sieve or muslin cloth.
  • Fill serving glasses with fresh ice cubes.
  • Add 1 tbsp of the soaked basil seeds to each glass.
  • Pour the strained Mint Limeade over the prepared glasses.
