Homemade Iced Apple Tea

- 4 cups water
- 4 black tea bags
- 4-5 cups apple juice
- 4 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 tsp sugar optional, to taste
- 2 sprigs Fresh mint leaves
- Lemon slice for garnish
- Ice cubes
For Apple Iced Tea, firstly, in a medium-sized pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
Remove the pot from heat and add the tea bags. Let them steep for about 5-7 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
If you prefer a sweeter tea, stir in sugar while the tea is still warm. Stir until fully dissolved.
Allow the tea to cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until chilled.
Once the tea is chilled, fill a pitcher with ice cubes.
Add mint leaves to the pitcher.
Add fresh lemon juice.
Pour apple juice and the chilled tea into the pitcher.
Stir gently to combine.
Pour the iced apple tea into serving glasses.
Garnish with a lemon slice.
