Mango Rooh Afza Faluda Milkshake:

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp Rooh Afza
  • 3 tbsp Sabja seeds basil seeds
  • 2 mangoes pureed
  • 1 litre milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 200 grams Falooda Mix Rose Flavoured
  • ½ tsp Red rose emulsion optional
  • ½ cup chopped nuts almonds, cashewnuts, pistachios

Instructions

  • For this homemade Faluda Recipe, firstly soak sabja seeds in water for about 10-15 minutes until they swell up. Drain excess water and set aside.
  • Next peel and chop the mangoes. Blend chopped mangoes until smooth. Set aside.
  • Boil a litre of milk with one cup of water. Add the Faluda mix and boil the mixture for about 15 minutes. Stir continuously till it becomes creamy.
  • Cool and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • To assemble Shahi Falooda, take tall serving glasses.
  • Add a spoonful of Rooh Afza Rose Syrup to each glass.
  • Then put in a spoonful of soaked sabja seeds over the rose syrup.
  • Then follow it up with a layer of rose-flavoured falooda mix.
  • Add a few drops of red rose emulsion (optional).
  • Pour a generous amount of mango puree over the falooda sev layer in each glass.
  • Sprinkle mixed chopped nuts on top.
  • Serve immediately with a long spoon and a straw for enjoying all the layers together.
  • Enjoy your delicious Mango Faluda Milkshake!

Notes

  • For Falooda toppings, you can also garnish with saffron strands and edible rose petals for an extra touch of elegance. Or top with scoops of ice cream.
