Paneer Tikka in Oven

Paneer Tikka is a popular and delicious appetizer where paneer cubes (Indian cottage cheese cubes) are marinated with yogurt and spices, arranged on skewers and baked in the oven. Tomatoes, onions and bell peppers give color and zip to this delightful paneer tikka recipe! I love to entertain, and these soft and flavourful paneer delights are one of the favorite items to serve.
