To make Green Mango Salad, firstly peel and slice the mango, and carrot. Peel the onion and slice them. Also slice the capsicum and chop the coriander leaves. Keep aside.
Roast the peanuts and keep aside.
In a small bowl whisk the salad dressing ingredients. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add the sliced onions, carrots, mangoes, capsicum and coriander and toss to combine.
Mix the dressing in, adjust seasoning.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and roasted peanuts on top.
Serve Raw Mango Salad immediately.
