  • Transfer the de-seeded chikoo into the blender.

  • Puree the chikoo. Take out 3 tbsp of the puree and keep aside.

  • Add cold milk, sugar, and cardamom powder to the blender.

  • Blend until smooth.

  • To serve, take 2 tall glasses.
  • Pour a tbsp. of sapota puree into each of the glasses.

  • Fill half the glass with the sapota milkshake.

  • 1 ½ cups ripe chikoos peeled, de-seeded, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups milk chilled
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder

  • In a blender, add the chopped chikoos and puree to a smooth mixture.
  • Remove about 3 tbsp of the mixture.
  • Add chilled milk, sugar, and cardamom powder to the sapota puree in the blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Adjust the consistency: If the milkshake is too thick, you can add more milk to achieve the desired consistency. Blend again.
