  • For this Chikoo Milkshake Recipe, firstly peel the chikoos and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into small pieces.

  • Transfer the de-seeded chikoo into the blender.

  • Puree the chikoo. Take out 3 tbsp of the puree and keep aside.

  • Add cold milk, sugar, and cardamom powder to the blender.

  • Blend until smooth.

  • To serve, take 2 tall glasses.
  • Pour a tbsp. of sapota puree into each of the glasses.

  • Fill half the glass with the sapota milkshake.

  • Drizzle 1/2 tbsp of sapota puree again into each of the glasses. Fill up the glasses with the rest of the milk shake.

  • Garnish with pistachio slivers.

  • Serve Chikoo Milkshake immediately to enjoy the freshest flavour.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups ripe chikoos peeled, de-seeded, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups milk chilled
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  • For this Sapota Milkshake recipe, firstly peel the chikoos and remove the seeds. Chop them into small pieces.
  • In a blender, add the chopped chikoos and puree to a smooth mixture.
  • Remove about 3 tbsp of the mixture.
  • Add chilled milk, sugar, and cardamom powder to the sapota puree in the blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Adjust the consistency: If the milkshake is too thick, you can add more milk to achieve the desired consistency. Blend again.
  • To serve, spoon a tablespoon of Chikoo puree into each glass.
  • Pour the sapota milkshake mixture over the chikoo puree until the glass is half full.
  • Drizzle about ½ tbsp. of the sapota mixture.
  • Top up the glass with the sapota milkshake.
  • Garnish with pistachio slivers.
  • Enjoy chilled Chikoo Milkshake.
