Indian pan-fried fish is a nice crispy brown on the outside while moist and flaky on the inside. There’s nothing like this Andhra fried fish dish and it makes for a really delicious meal!

Fish is rich in protein, vitamins and nutrients that lower blood pressure and reduce heart attack risk. It is low in fat and high in protein. Moreover, fish is packed with omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and Vitamin D.
