Wash the green and black grapes and remove the stems. Cut the grapes in half.
Next wash, core and cut the apples into bite sized pieces.
Take the chopped apples and grapes in a medium size bowl.
Drizzle lemon juice, olive oil and honey. Combine until well coated.
Add salt, pepper and lemon zest. Toss everything well. Adjust the seasoning (If you’ve got a sweet tooth, feel free to add more honey).
Garnish with chopped basil leaves.
Transfer to a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
