  • To make stuffed eggs, place eggs in a saucepan and fill with water.

Boil eggs

  • Bring the water to a vigorous boil over medium heat. Then reduce heat to low, cover and cook the eggs for 30 seconds. Turn off the heat and let stand covered with a lid for about 10 minutes.
  • Then transfer the eggs into a bowl of ice water. Leave the eggs for 1-2 minutes to cool down.
  • Then crack the egg shells and carefully peel under cool running water.

  • Gently pat dry the peeled eggs with paper towels.
  • Slice the boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
  • Then gently scoop out the yolks and place them in a small bowl.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp paprika

Instructions
