- To make stuffed eggs, place eggs in a saucepan and fill with water.
- Bring the water to a vigorous boil over medium heat. Then reduce heat to low, cover and cook the eggs for 30 seconds. Turn off the heat and let stand covered with a lid for about 10 minutes.
- Then transfer the eggs into a bowl of ice water. Leave the eggs for 1-2 minutes to cool down.
- Then crack the egg shells and carefully peel under cool running water.
- Gently pat dry the peeled eggs with paper towels.
- Slice the boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
- Then gently scoop out the yolks and place them in a small bowl.
- Set the egg whites aside.
- Using a fork, smash the yolks.
- Now add salt, pepper, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard and butter to the smashed egg yolks.
- Stir everything together until nice and creamy.
- Now arrange the egg whites on a serving plate.

Classic Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ tsp paprika
Instructions
- For this egg recipe, place eggs in a pan of water.
- Cook on high heat until the water begins to boil.
- Then turn the heat to low, cover with a lid and cook for 30 seconds.
